三级甲等医院急诊科护士灾害准备度现状及其影响因素分析

Current status of disaster preparedness in emergency nurses in Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals and its influencing factor

目的探讨三级甲等医院急诊科护士灾害准备度现状及其影响因素，为灾害护理管理和护理教育提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法，2017年3—4月选取郑州市2家三级甲等医院146名急诊科护士为调查对象，采用灾害准备度评估工具对其进行调查。结果急诊科护士的灾害准备度总分为（188．79±35．02）分，处于中等水平。有过救灾经历、年龄在26。35岁、具有本科学历、工作年限在5～10年的护士灾害准备度总分优于其他护士，差异有统计学意义“值分别为2．298、4．917、4．733、7．230；P〈0．05）。结论急诊科护士的灾害准备度有待进一步提高，需要关注完善护理灾害救援教育和培训体系。

Objective To explore the current status＇of disaster preparedness in emergency nurses in ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals and its influencing factors, and to offer reference for disaster nursing management and nursing education. Methods Totally 146 emergency nurses from 2 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou from March to April 2017 were selected by purposive sampling and investigated with disaster preparedness evaluation tools. Results The total score in disaster preparedness for emergency nurses was （188.79 ± 35.02） at a medium level. Nurses experienced in disaster relief, aged 26 to 35, with bachelor degrees and working for 5 to 10 years showed higher scores in disaster preparedness than other nurses （t=2.298, 4.917, 4.733, 7.230; P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The disaster preparedness in emergency nurses needs to be enhanced, and attention should be paid to improving the disaster relief nursing education and training system.
