护理专业学生职业兴趣研究现状及影响因素 被引量:4

Research status and influencing factors of nursing students' vocational interests

摘要 随着人群对健康服务需求的日益增大,医疗行业对护理人才的需求也与日俱增。而现有研究显示职业兴趣作为现代护理人才坚守本职的重要决定因素,其在优化护理人才职业认同感,降低其离职倾向中发挥着非常重要的作用。护理专业的学生是未来构建专业化高质量的护理团队的主力军,因此培养护理专业学生形成浓厚的职业兴趣,对增加壮大护理队伍的稳定性,确保护理人才有效利用及促进护理事业持续发展有着非常重要的作用。该文就目前护理专业学生的职业兴趣研究现状进行了综述,对护理职业兴趣的概念、现状及影响因素等的研究进展进行阐述,分析了职业兴趣对护理专业学生未来坚持从事临床护理工作的影响,对改善当前护理教育工作从而稳定加固我国护理专业队伍、发展壮大高质量的护理团队提供参考和指导。 As the people's growing demand for health services,the need for nursing talent in health care industry is also growing.The existing studies show that vocational interest as a stick to the labor of the important determinants of modern nursing talents,plays a very important role in the optimizing of occupational identity of nursing talents,and reducing their turnover intention.Nursing students are the main force of the future construction of specialized nursing team with high quality,so training nursing students to form strong vocational interest,has a very important role in increasing the stability of the nursing team,ensuring nursing talents effectively use and promoting the sustainable development of nursing care.This article summarizes the current research status of nursing students' occupational interest,expounds the research progress of the concept,status quo and influencing factors of nursing occupational interest,analyzes the influence of occupational interest on engaging in clinical nursing in the future,and provide reference and guidance for improving current nursing education,so as to stabilize and strengthen the nursing professional team,develop high-quality nursing teams in China.
