消化科临床药师参与药物治疗实践的典型案例分析

Analysis of Typical Cases of Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Drug Treatment Practice in Department of Gastroenterology

目的:探讨消化科临床药师参与临床药物治疗实践的作用。方法:临床药师通过药学查房以及医嘱点评参与临床药物治疗,密切监护患者用药,提出合理用药建议。结果:临床药师充分参与临床药物治疗过程,干预临床医生合理用药,保证患者用药安全。结论:临床药师参与药物治疗及提供药学服务可以提高药物的合理应用,保障药物的安全使用。

Objective： To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in gastroenterology in the practice of clinical drug therapy. Methods： The clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical drug treatment through the pharmacy round-robin and the doctor＇s comment, closely monitored the patients＇ medication and put forward the suggestion of rational drug use. Results： Clinical pharmacists were fully involved in the clinical drug treatment process, intervened in the rational use of drugs by clinicians, and ensured the safety of drug use. Conclusion： The participation of clinical pharmacists in drug treatment and the provision of pharmaceutical services can improve the rational use of drugs and ensure the safe use of drugs.
