心肺复苏仪与徒手心肺复苏临床应用效果比较

Comparison of clinical application effect between cardiopulmonary resuscitation and freehand cardiopulmonary resuscitation

目的探讨徒手心肺复苏和使用心肺复苏机进行心肺复苏的临床疗效。方法选择150例心肺复苏患者(全部为院内抢救)随机分为两组,其中使用心肺复苏机和标准心肺复苏术各75例,除颤、药物应用等措施基本相同,排除就诊时间影响因素后,比较两种方法对心肺复苏成功率的影响。结果心肺复苏机进行心肺复苏的成功率和标准心肺复苏技术方法相当,但在超出标准30分钟心肺复苏时间以外的90分钟内,使用心肺复苏机实施超长心肺复苏有机会挽救更多患者的生命。结论应用心肺复苏机进行心肺复苏,可以取得较好的疗效,适合临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of free-hand cardiopuhnonary resuscitation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation using cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods From December 2014 to December 2017,150 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation （all in-hospital rescue） were randomly divided into 2 groups. Among them,75 cases were used for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation,respectively. Defibrillation and medications were used basically the same.After excluding the influencing factors of visiting time,we compared the effects of the two methods on the rate of successful CPR.Results The success rate of Heart-Lung Resuscitator for CPR was more or less to that of standard CPR,but the use of Heart-Lung Resuscitator for overlong CPR had the opportunity to save more patients within 90 minutes beyond the standard 30 minute CPR time.Conclusion Cardiopulmonary resuscitation with Heart-Lung Resuscitator can achieve better results and is suitable for clinical application.
