纵观全球腹股沟疝的有关病因、病理、分类及分型，结合我的临床实际，在上一版指南的基础上，经国内50余位专家学者的共同讨论协商，完成《成人腹股沟疝诊疗指南（2018年版）》。对腹股沟疝的诊断、鉴别诊断，手术治疗等方面进行全面阐述，并指出了循证医学证据支持的观点、措施及方法。请国内有关医疗机构和同行依据临床实际参照执行。

Throughout the world, the related etiology, pathology, classification and typing of groin hernia, combined with the clinical practice in China, on the basis of the previous edition of the Guidelines, through the domestic more than 50 experts and scholars to discuss the consultation, completed the ＂Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment on the Adult Groin Hernia （2018 edition）＂. The diagnosis, differential diagnosis, surgical treatment and other aspects of inguinal hernia were comprehensively expounded. It also points out the viewpoints, measures and methods of evidence-based medical evidence support. The relevant medical institutions and peers in China are requested to carry out the actual clinical reference.
