摘要 海水稻,由于比普通栽培水稻具有更高的抗洪涝、抗盐碱、抗虫害等能力,成为国内外科研人员研究的热点问题。本文以海水稻技术相关专利为基础,展开对海水稻技术的专利分析。结果表明,海水稻研发目前处于整体技术上升期;中国和美国专利申请量最多,是全球最受重视的技术市场;我国在海水稻领域的研究占有领先优势;对专利文献内容的进一步分析,表明通过基因工程实现海水稻育种是海水稻领域的研发热点。 Sea rice has better reversibility than common cultivated rice, which has been a hot topic of research by researchers at home and abroad. Based on the related patents of sea rice, this paper analyzes the patents of sea rice technology. The results show that the research and development of sea rice is on the rise; China and the United States have the largest number of patent applications, which are the most important markets in the word. At the same time, China has a leading position in the field of sea rice. Through further analysis of the patent literature, it can be seen that gene engineering breeding is a hot direction.
