两种叶面肥对酸雨胁迫下水稻分蘖期生理指标影响 被引量:9

Effects of Two Foliar Fertilizers on Physiological Indexes of Rice at Tillering Stage under Acid Rain Stress

摘要 本课题以苏州地区水稻苏香粳3号为研究对象,采用了叶面喷施法研究了模拟酸雨(pH=3.0)对水稻生理指标的影响及两种叶面肥对酸雨胁迫下水稻的改善效果。结果显示:酸雨使得水稻提高MDA(丙二醛)含量、脯氨酸含量、POD(过氧化物酶)活性、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性、CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性、氧自由基产生速率,降低叶绿素含量、NR(硝酸还原酶)活性,影响水稻正常生长,而0.1%稀土微肥与0.1%高效叶面肥溶液都在一定程度上缓解了由于酸雨胁迫产生的损伤。研究表明,酸雨会抑制分蘖期水稻的正常生长,两种叶面肥均可以提高水稻的抗逆能力且高效叶面肥的效果更明显。 In this study,the effect of simulated acid rain(pH=3.0) on the physiological indexes of rice and the improvement of two foliar fertilizers on rice under acid rain stress were studied by using foliage spraying method on the experimental material of Suzhou Suxiangjing No.3.The results showed that acid rain had improved MDA(Malondialdehyde) content,proline content,POD(peroxidase) activity,SOD(superoxide dismutase) activity,CAT(catalase) activity,and oxygen free radical production rate.It reduced chlorophyll content,NR(nitrate reductase)activity,affecting the normal growth of rice,and to some extent,0.1% rare earth fertilizer and 0.1% efficient foliar fertilizer solution alleviated the damage on rice caused by acid rain stress.These results showed that acid rain could inhibit the normal growth of rice at tillering stage.Both foliar fertilizers could improve the resistance ability of rice and efficient foliar fertilizer had more obvious effect.
