大数据时代优化农家书屋建设刍议

On Optimizing the Construction of Rural Library in the Era of Big Data

农家书屋是农村公共文化服务的重要组成部分,也是农村经济社会发展的重要内容,更是培养新型农民之所需,在增强农村公共文化服务体系、保障农民基本文化权益、满足农民文化需求和精神文明建设等方面做出了重要贡献。但在大数据时代,农家书屋必须提档升级。在分析影响数字化农家书屋发展因素的基础上,提出了建设数字化农家书屋的对策。

The rural library is an important part of the rural public cultural service. It is also the important content of the rural economy and society development,and it is also the need for training new farmers. It has made important contributions in strengthening the rural public cultural service system,ensuring the basic cultural rights and interests of farmers,meeting the needs of the farmers＇ culture and the construction of spiritual civilization. But in the era of big data,rural library must be upgraded. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the development of digital rural library,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for building digital rural library.
