高中课程改革背景下高师院校物理专业毕业生工作不适应性引起的思考 被引量:1

摘要 高中课程改革从2006年开始在部分省市施行,至2010年在全国全面铺开。2010年起,课程改革背景下的高等师范院校毕业生陆续走上工作岗位,大多数都选择在普通高中学校任教,特别是西部地区的很多高中学校近年来在包括教育部直属的6所师范院校在内的重点高等师范院校引进了相当数量的免费师范毕业生充实到教学一线岗位。调查表明,他们对工作有诸多不适应现象,特别是很难驾驭选修模块教材教学。其中,物理学科表现得更为突出。本文通过对课程改革前后教材编写体例的变化和高考导向的变革分析认为,造成高师院校毕业生工作不适应性的根本原因主要是中学教学与大学教学的不衔接。 The curriculum reform of high school has been implemented in some provinces and cities since 2006 and has been fully rolled out in 2010.Since 2010,the graduates of higher normal colleges have been on their jobs in the background of curriculum reform.Most of them have chosen to teach in ordinary high schools.In particular,many high school schools in the western region,including the six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education,introduced a considerable number of free normal graduates to the first line of teaching posts in recent years.The survey shows that they have a lot of job incompatibility and especial difficulties to master the elective module teaching materials.Among them,the physical department is more prominent.Based on the analysis of the changes in the preparation of teaching materials before and after the curriculum reform and the change of the college entrance examination,we propose that the main reason for the incompatibility of the graduates' work is that the middle school teaching is not connected with the university teaching.
