摘要
职业偏见对大学生从事基层职业的意愿造成负面影响,以致上层职业人才趋于饱和,基层职业缺口大,长期如此会影响社会秩序和经济发展。因此解决基层职业就业缺口问题成为国家关注的重点之一。本文运用扎根理论法,通过对30名大学生和6名在职人士的半结构访谈,发现大学生不愿从事基层职业的原因主要是惯性思维、职业偏见、家庭教育三个因素。本文建议相关政府部门应通过加大宣传职业平等观,树立基层职业的正面形象等措施来改良大学生对基层职业的印象,从而提高他们从事基层职业的意愿。
The biasness that college students have toward grass-root occupations has deterred them from these positions. As a result, while the market for high profile occupations is facing the problem of manpower saturation, the market for grass-root occupations is facing the problem of manpower shortages. In the long term, these trends will cause negative impacts on social order and economic development. Thus, the search for the solution toward solving such shortages for manpower for grass-root occupations has gained the attention of the country. Adopting a grounded theory approach, we interviewed 30 college students and 6 employees using a semi-structured approach, and we found that the three main factors that cause college students to be unwilling to take up grass-root occupations is mindset fixedness, occupational biasness, and family education. We recommend governmental agencies to promote the concept of occupational equality and the positive images of grass-root occupations to improve college student's impression of these occupations, thereby increasing their willingness to take up grass-root occupations.
