摘要 针对远洋航行船舶电机自动化监测水平不高的现状,为有效提高工作人员对重要电机的监测能力,研究以DS18B20温度传感器和STC89C52单片机系统为下位机,以PC机为上位机,设计了一套可以监测2台电机温度的远程监测系统,描述了硬件设计过程,重点对DS18B20温度传感器的性能特点和应用编程方法、下位机测温软件实现,以及VB应用程序的设计方法进行了介绍,通过系统运行演示验证了可行性。基于该系统,工作人员可以实时监测机舱电机温度,并能及时发现故障隐患,从而开展有针对性的检查维护,将故障消除在萌芽状态。同时还能对电机维护保养项目进行记录和查询。 In order to improve the intelligence of the ship electrical motor temperature monitoring,a remote on-line monitoring recording and alarm system of multi-motor temperature is designed,which is based on the DS18 B20 temperature sensor and STC89 C52 single-chip micro-computer system as lower computer and personal computer as upper computer.The design process of software and hardware in lower computer is described,What's more,the DS18 B20 temperature sensor's characteristic programming method and realization for lower computer temperature measurement software as well as design process of the VB application program are mainly introduced. The demonstration of system operation is showed to validate its feasibility.Based on the system,the staff could monitor the electric-motor temperature online and spot hazard without delay.Thus the targeted inspection and maintenance could be carried out and faults could be eliminated in time.
