射频一体化网络仪原理及故障分析

摘要 通过对射频一体化网络分析仪基本原理、接收机原理、ALC环路控制过程、通道检测模式窄带、宽带工作原理的分析,结合实际案例,对网络分析仪易发生的典型故障进行了详细的阐述,提出了在维修工作中如何分析判断发生故障的方法。该方法可快速判断网络分析仪模块级故障,最终定位到器件级,从而降低仪器维修成本。通过故障实例对方法进行验证,给出了检测判断的实验数据以及实际维修过程中快速准确定位故障器件的解决方案,维修故障仪器后加电观察,并经过计量验证,仪器技术指标满足测量需求,达到预期维修效果。 The basic principles of radio frequency integrated network analyzer,the principles of receiver,Auto level function circuit and channel detection technology including narrow-band and board-band have been analyzed.In combination with actual cases,typical malfunctions easily found in network analyzer are detailed,and a method which can help analyze and judge the fault in the maintenance work has been put forward.This method can quickly determine the malfunction of network analyzer in module level,and ultimately locate it in the device level,in order to reduce the device maintenance costs.We verify the method through the malfunction example.The experimental data and the solution in actual repair process to locate the fault device quickly and accurately have been given.We observe the repaired fault device with electricity on.After the measurement verification,the device technical indicators meet demand achieving the desired maintenance effect.
