摘要
新型建筑工业化和建筑信息模型是建筑业升级换代中出现的两种完全不同的概念,找到两者的协同点并研究其协同作用有助于形成对两者交互关系的系统认识,为应用实践给出指导和建议。在分析现有文献的基础上,构建新型建筑工业化要求与BIM功能之间的协同关系矩阵,确定26个协同关系,对所有关系的分析都表明新型建筑工业化和BIM可以实现一定的正混杂效应(Positive Interaction),即实现两者协同比分别应用两种概念所产生的价值更大。研究协同关系为工程建设项目各参与方的新型建筑工业化和BIM实践提供了指导,有助于提高项目生产率和行业效率,促进建筑工业化与信息化的融合。
New-type construction industrialization and building information modeling (BIM) are two different concepts emerging during the updating of the construction industry. Identifying and analyzing the interactions between these two concepts can help achieve a systematic understanding on the relations between them. As a result, suggestions and guidance can be given for practical applications. On the basis of the existing literature, the interaction matrix between new-type construction industrialization requirements and BIM technologies has been constructed, and 26 types of interactions have been identified. All of these interactions show that positive interactions can be achieved by applying new-type construction industrialization and BIM simultaneously. Namely, the integration of these two technologies can produce more values than adopting them separately. Studying these interactions provides guidance for stakeholders that apply new-type construction industrialization and BIM. It helps increase the productivity of construction projects and promotes the fusion of industrialization and informatization in the construction industry.
