摘要
运用委托代理理论构建施工项目团队成员隐性知识共享模型,分析表明项目绩效传递隐性知识共享的强度信号越强,项目团队成员隐性知识共享就越积极,获得高于项目奖金标杆的奖金就越多。同时,运用灰色综合评价法评价项目团队成员隐性知识共享的强度信号,以项目赢得值制定项目奖金标杆,从而设计项目团队成员的奖金。并通过应用案例给出了具体算法,进一步验证了该种项目奖金设计的先进性和科学性。
This study employs the principal-agent theory to build a tacit knowledge sharing model for team members of construction projects. The results show that a stronger signal transfer of the tacit knowledge sharing can motivate the tacit knowledge sharing among project team members and generate more bonuses than the project bonus benchmarking. Meanwhile, this study utilizes the grey comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the strength of the signal of the tacit knowledge sharing among project team members. We set bonus benchmarking by using project earned value method, which allocates bonuses for project team members. Finally, an illustrative case is given with a specific algorithm, which further verifies the advanced and scientific nature of the project bonus design..
