“One-body-two-wings” mode for the development of Defense Technology Venture Fund

发展国防科技风险投资基金是提高国防科技创新能力、推进武器装备投融资机制改革的重要途径。本文在论述设立国防科技风险投资基金必要性的基础上,明确了基金设立的三种基本类型,设计了"一体两翼"模式构想,为国防科技风险投资基金发展提供了遵循。

The development of Defense Technology Venture Capital Fund is an important way to improve the capability of national defense science and technology innovation, and promote the reform of the investment or financing mechanism of weapon equipment. On the basis of discussing the necessity of establishing the national defense technology venture capital fund, this paper has clarified the three basic types of fund establishment and has designed the idea ＂one body two wings＂ mode, in order to provide the following for the development of national defense science and technology risk investment funds.
