红外光谱结合SIMCA模型识别法在不同产地莪术鉴别中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为了探求建立快速鉴别莪术产地的方法。方法:基于傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术,选取1 800~400 cm-1红外指纹图谱带,采用SIMCA聚类分析法建立产地分类模型,分别对广西区内4个产地的莪术进行鉴别。结果:不同产地莪术的差异主要体现在挥发油、姜黄素、多糖、生物碱等化学成分上,红外光谱结合SIMCA识别模型能准确地预测未知样品的准确率达到100%,所建模型具有较强的识别能力。结论:红外光谱结合SIMCA模型识别法能够快速有效地鉴别不同产地的莪术。 Objective: To develop a rapid determimation method of curcuma kwangsiensis S.G. Lee et C.F. Liang of different origins. Methods : Based on fourier fransform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) technology, the IR fingerprint band of 1800-400 em-1 was selected, and the modeling of class analogies (SIMCA) was used to build an origin classification model. Respectively, four kinds of Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G. Lee et C.F. Liang in Guangxi were detected by the model. Results: The differences between curcuma kwangsiensis S.G. Lee et C.F. Liang of four different geographical origins mostly showed on the chemical contents of volatile oil, curcuma, polysaccharide, alkaloidal. Based on the combination of the FTIR with SIMCA model, the recognition rate of blind samples was up to 100%. The model indicated that it had stronger ability of identification. Conclusion: Combined with SIMCA model, FTIR provides an effective way to identify curcuma kwangsiensis S.G. Lee et C.F. Liang of different origins rapidly.
