二氧化碳点阵激光治疗结节性痒疹的疗效观察与护理

摘要 目的:观察二氧化碳点阵激光治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效,探讨结节性痒疹患者的护理措施。方法:将我科门诊就诊的结节性痒疹90例患者随机分为激光组45例和对照组45例,对照组予常规护理,局部外用丙酸氟替卡松乳膏,口服地氯雷他定分散片;激光组在对照组基础上予以局部皮损处进行二氧化碳点阵激光治疗以及特殊护理,治疗3周后,观察对比两组患者治疗效果及护理满意度。结果:经治疗3周后,激光组患者的症状体征明显减轻,治愈率达57.78%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光组患者满意度88.89%较对照组的48.89%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化碳点阵激光能精确作用于皮损部位,配合正确的护理措施,能有效改善结节性痒疹的剧烈瘙痒症状,改善皮肤美观程度,疗效确切。 Objective: To observe the effect of CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of prurigo nodularies in order to explore the nursing measures for patients with prurigo nodularies. Methods: Patients with prurigo nodularies in our department were randomized into two groups with 45 patients in each. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing, fluticasone propionate cream for external use, and oral desloratadine tablets, while patients in the laser therapy were given, on the basis of the treatment the control group recieved, such special nursing as CO2 lattice laser therapy to the local skin lesions. The efficacy and satisfactory degree of nursing between patients in both group were compared after 3 weeks' treatment. Results: After 3 weeks' treatment, the symptoms and signs of patients in the laser group were relieved greatly, and the curative rate was 57.7%, much higher than that of the control group, which were of statistical differences (P〈005). The satisfactory rate for the laser group reach as high as 88.89%, obviously higher than 48.89% in the control group, which was of statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: CO2 lattice laser can precisely work in the skin lesions. If assisted with correct nursing measures, it can effectively relieve the severe prupritus of prurigo nodularies, improve the aesthetic degree of the skin .
