摘要
沙门菌是能引起人类多种疾病的肠杆菌科细菌。沙门菌在黏附到宿主细胞表面后,需要进一步侵入宿主细胞内部,即沙门菌的侵袭过程,这个过程决定了沙门菌对机体的感染。现就沙门菌侵袭的分子机制、细胞路线和机体对侵入的沙门菌的反应等研究进展作一综述。
Salmonella is an enterobacteriaceae bacterium that can cause many diseases in humans. After adhering to the surface of the host cells, salmonella needs to further invade the host cells, that is the process of salmonella invasion. This process determines the infection by salmonella in the organism. This review summarizes the molecular mechanism, cell line and the organism' s reaction to the invasive salmonella.
