1例长期服用艾司唑仑患者术后精神障碍的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for One Patient Long-term Using Estazolam with Postoperative Mental Disorders

临床药师参与1例术后精神障碍患者的诊治,协助临床医师追溯既往用药史、探究患者术后精神障碍发生的原因与手术时间、手术部位、艾司唑仑戒断反应及围手术期所用药物有关;拟定对症治疗方案,采用苯二氮艹卓类、丁酰苯类镇静、行人工冬眠,停用中枢抗胆碱药;实施个体化药学监护,结合人文关怀。患者病情得以有效控制,好转出院。

Clinical pharmacists involved in the diagnosis and treatments of one case with postoperative mental disorder, including the investigation of drug using history, analyze the cause of postoperative mental disorder which was related to time and site of operation, estazolam＇ s abstinence reaction and drugs in perioperative period, drawing up a symptomatic treatment plan which included adminstering sedation such as benzodiazepines and butylbenzene, performing artifical hibernation and withdrawing central anticholinergic drugs, performance individualized pharmaceutical care and humanistic coneern. The patient got better and discharged from hospital.
