摘要
在城市轨道交通环境影响评价工作中,噪声影响是重点关注的环境问题之一。噪声影响预测结果与选用的源强直接相关,目前环境影响评价(简称环评)工作中噪声预测源强的选取主要采用类比监测或引用数据两种方式,各环评报告中所采用的源强数据出入较大。通过汇总几个典型环评案例中的噪声源强,比较分析不同源强条件下的预测结果,为环评工作者提供参考。
Noise pollution is one of the environmental issues that the environment impact assessment (EIA) of urban rail transit projects mostly focuses on. The prediction results are certainly dependent on the noise intensity from the source. The common practice is to get the noise intensity through measuring in similar sites or simply referencing existing data. The values chosen are seen significantly different from report to report. This paper analyzes typical EIA projects, investigating their results a- gainst the noise intensity assumptions, and demonstrates the importance of correctly choosing the noise intensity from the source.
