摘要
基于项目管理学风险管理的理论研究基础,结合我国船舶配套行业特点,通过某企业开展的企业信息化管理系统(Fourth Shift系统)实施项目为例,将企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)实施过程项目管理与ERP实施风险管理紧密融合,在ERP项目全生命周期进行风险的识别与分析的基础上,层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)中的和积法计算出各风险因素的权重,为后续搭建风险评估模型及制定一套有效的风险评估方法提供基础。
This paper, based on the experiences of implementing the ERP Fourth Shift in a ship equipment manufacturer analy- zes the risks in implementing the ERP in the enterprises of this kind. The risk factors are identified and their weights are esti- mated with the Analytic hierarchy process and the sum-produce algorithm.
