胸腔镜双侧胸交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的疗效观察

Effect of Bilateral Thoracoscopic Sympathectomy in The Treatment of Primary Palmar Hyperhidrosis

目的:探讨胸腔镜双侧胸交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的疗效及可行性。方法:回顾性分析21例手术治疗的原发性手汗症患者的临床资料。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后手汗症状均消失,双手恢复干燥温暖;无术中并发症发生,术后并发症极少。结论:该术式具有创伤小、定位准确、安全简便、恢复快、疗效满意等特点,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the curative effect and feasibility of bilateral thoracoscopic sympathectomy in the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods： The clinical data of 21 patients with primary palmar hyperhidrosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All the patients were successfully operated with no intraoperative and minimal postoperative complications. The palmar hyperhidrosis symptoms disappeared and the hands got back to be dry and warm after such surgery. Conclusion： This operation is worthy of clinical application widely as it has the characteristics of little wound, accurate positioning, safety, simplicity, quick recovery and satisfactory effect.
