摘要
以酿酒葡萄‘赤霞珠’为试材,研究了行内生草和覆布对果园微气候及果实品质的影响。结果表明:葡萄园行内生草与覆布可使果际日均温度降低0.3~2℃,空气相对湿度升高2%~7%,地面反射光强下降10%~60%;根际土壤含水量在不同处理下表现不一,生草处理组降低了50%~80%,覆布处理组增加了20%~50%;行内生草与覆布还改变了葡萄物候期与果实品质,使得果实转色期推迟,果实总糖含量升高,可滴定酸含量降低。
The effects of interplanting and covering cultivation techniques on microclimate and fruit quality of Cabernet Sauvignon were studied. The results showed that the average daily temperature of fruit decreased by 0.3-2 ℃, the relative humidity of air increased by 2%-7% and the reflected light of ground decreased by 10%-60% in vineyard row. The water content of soil was different under different treatments. The water content of 40 cm soil under the surface was decreased by 50%-80% in green grass treatment group and increased by 20%-50% in cover treatment group. The phenological period and fruit quality of the plants were also changed by interplanting grass and mulching, which delayed the Color conversion period, increased the total sugar and decreased the titratable acid of the fruits.
