摘要
近年来,生态化学计量学理论的应用成为生态学专业领域的研究热点。运用生态化学计量学的原理、方法,以退化程度不同的草地为研究对象,以植物—土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)元素含量与C∶N∶P值的时空特征为切入点,研究主要营养元素(C、N、P)在植物—土壤系统中的动态平衡和循环规律,揭示草地的退化原因及过程,为不同程度退化草地的改良、利用提供参考。
In recent years,ecological stoichiometry,as an emerging discipline in China,has become a research hotspot in the field of ecology. In this research,the principle and method of ecological stoichiometry are applied. Starting with temporal and spatial features of carbon( C),nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) content and the C ∶ N ∶ P ratios in the plant and soils,the research studies dynamic equilibrium and circulation law of the main nutrient elements,that is,C,N and P in the plant-soil system to reveal the causes and process of grassland degradation so as to provide a scientific basis for the improvement and utilization of degraded grassland.
