护理硕士专业学位研究生培养与专科护士培训整合的实施与评价

Integration of nurse specialist training and master of nursing specialist cultivation

目的探讨护理硕士专业学位研究生培养与专科护士培训整合的方法和效果。方法将专科护士培训纳入护理硕士专业学位研究生教育,组织16名二年级护理硕士专业学位研究生,根据其培养方向和是否有临床工作经验,让其参加相应的专科护士培训和考核。专科护士培训由省专科护理质量控制中心管理,方向有PICC、康复、儿科、移植、肿瘤、急诊、手术室、ICU、老年、呼吸、精神心理,培训过程包括1个月专科理论和1个月专科实践(ICU、老年、儿科专科护士培训为2个月专科实践)。培训结束后,通过访谈了解参加培训研究生的反馈。结果16名研究生均按照计划完成培训并通过考核,成绩为(90.25±1.18)分。学生认为培训丰富了专科知识,培养了专科实践能力,有助于职业规划。结论将护理硕士专业学位研究生培养与专科护士培训整合有可行性、实践性,整合过程可进一步完善并逐步推广。

Objective To explore the effects of integration of nurse specialist training and master of nursing specialist （MNS） cultivation. Methods The nurse specialist training was included in the postgraduate education for master of nursing specialist. Sixteen second-year MNS students participated in the integration program according to their research area and clinical experience. The nurse specialist training was managed by the Hunan Nursing Quality Control Center. Training areas included PICC, rehabilitation, pediatrics, transplantation, cancer, emergency, operation room,ICU,geriatrics,respiration,and psychiatry. The training included one-month knowledge training and onemonth specific practice （while there were 2-month practice for the ICU,the Elderly,and Pediatrlcs.）After the train- ing,interviews were conducted to know the feedback of these graduate students. Results All 16 students completed the training as scheduled and passed the assessment,with the mean score of （90.25±1.18）.The students thought that the training could enrich their special knowledge,increase their special practical ability,and help them with the career development. Conclusion The integration of nurse specialist training and master of nursing specialist cultivation is feasible and practical. It should be further improved and graduaUy promoted.
