长链非编码RNADANCR在恶性肿瘤中的调控作用 被引量:2

摘要 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是非编码RNA家族中的重要成员,研究发现lncRNA的异常表达在机体的诸多病理生理过程中起着重要的调控作用。长链非编码RNA DANCR(differentiation antagonizing non-coding RNA)被发现能够调控关节软骨修复、成骨分化、牙髓细胞分化等过程,并且在人体多种恶性肿瘤中均呈现异常上调表达,通过多种调控机制来促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移、抗凋亡、上皮间质化等恶性生物学行为,同时还可以作为肿瘤患者诊治及预后评估的生物学标志物。因此,有必要就恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中lncRNA DANCR的调控作用进行综述。 The long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is one of the key members of ncRNA family. Many studies have demonstrated that dysregulated lncRNAs are involved in multiple pathophysiological processes and play important regulatory roles. It is found that the lncRNA DANCR (differentiation antagonizing non-coding RNA) could regulate the process of articular cartilage repair, osteogenic differentiation and endodontic cell dif- ferentiation. LncRNA DANCR,Which was upregulated in various human carcinomas, could promote the malig- nant behaviors of tumor ceils including proliferation,invasion, metastasis, anti-apoptosis and EMT through differ- ent mechanisms. LncRNA DANCR could be the biomarker for the diagnosis/therapy and prognosis evaluation of cancer patients. Here we summarize the regulatory effect of lncRNA DANCR in malignant neoplasms.
