摘要
在恶性肿瘤微环境中,存在一类具有强大免疫抑制活性的树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs),称为调节性树突细胞(regulatory dendritic cells,DCreg)。这些具有负向调控的DCreg通过多种途径促进肿瘤细胞的生长,同时逐渐恶化的肿瘤微环境又会诱导产生更多的DCreg。因此,有必要探讨DCreg的性质和功能,明确其在肿瘤微环境下的发生发展机制,进而为揭示肿瘤免疫逃逸和靶向消除肿瘤提供一定的科学依据。
Regulatory dendritic cells ( DCreg), a type of dendritic cells (DCs) with strong immunosup- pressive activity, are commonly observed in malignant tumor microenvironment. The growth of tumor cells can be promoted by the negative regulation DCreg through multiple pathways. In addition, more DCreg can be produced under gradually deteriorated tumor microenvironment. It is necessary to investigate the nature and function of DCreg and analyze the mechanism of DCreg in tumor microenvironment. This review Summarizes some evidence which reveals tumor imune escape and targeted-elimination of tumor.
