靶向肝细胞癌的T细胞免疫治疗研究现状

Genetically modified T-cell-based adoptive immunotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma

恶性肿瘤严重威胁人类的健康，肿瘤免疫治疗是继手术治疗和放化疗之后第四大治疗方法。目前对于肝细胞癌的免疫治疗尚无十分有效的方法。基因修饰T细胞免疫治疗在血液肿瘤中取得突破性进展，研究者尝试通过T细胞免疫治疗方法突破实体肿瘤的治疗效果。当前针对肝细胞癌免疫治疗的研究十分有限，现就靶向原发性肝癌T细胞免疫治疗的前沿研究现状做一综述。

Malignant tumor is a serious threat to human health. Immunotherapy has been the fourth therapeutic strategy after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Genetically modified T-cell-based adoptive immunotherapy is being successful applied in hematological malignancies. However,there are currently few im- munotherapeutic options for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）. This paper reviews someresearehpro- gresses in T-cell based adoptive immunotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.
