阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与肾脏疾病研究进展

Research progress in kidney disease patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

近年来，越来越多的研究表明阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）与肾脏疾病存在联系。目前发现OSAHS与急性肾损伤（AKI）、慢性肾脏病（CKD）、终末期肾脏病（ESRD）以及肾脏肿瘤之间具有一定相关性，明显增加了OSAHS患者的病死率，严重影响其生活质量和寿命。现就OSAHS与肾脏疾病的关系加以综述。

In recent years, a growing number of studies have shown that obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） is associated with kidney diseases. Currently OSAHS was found correlated with acute kidney injury （AKI）, chronic kidney disease （CKD）, end-stage renal disease （ESRD）, and renal tumors, which significantly increased the mortality of patients with OSAHS and seriously affects their aualitv of life and life expectancv. This article reviews the kidney diseases with OSAHS.
