空间边界的生产——关于B市格林苑社区分区的故事

The Producing of Spatial Boundaries:The Story of Gelin Garden Community's Partition

本文聚焦于格林苑物业管理区域分区故事,将该事件置于居住空间边界重构的结构性背景中,分析空间边界的生产脉络与机制。文章指出,空间边界的生产内隐于市场化的空间策略下,成为市场确立其获利范围的重要工具;同时,空间边界也是一种获取动员资源、维护共同体存续的方式,通过空间权利的抗争实现其生产过程;最后,空间边界也是一种权力的空间操演,以程序的合法性获得支配地位并实现了社区权力关系的再生产。笔者认为,正是由于空间边界的多重象征性意涵,才导致了包含空间策略、空间权利与空间操演的空间边界生产过程。

The paper focuses on the story of the parting and construction of property management area in Gelin Garden Community, and analyzes the mechanisms of the producing of spatial boundaries under the structured context of reframing of the community space. The author points out that the spatial boundar- ies are hidden in the market system and used to acquire the commercial interests. Meanwhile, spatial boundaries are also a way to obtain mobilization resources and maintain the existence of the community, which can be produced by fighting. The spatial boundaries are also a strategy of reproduction of power relations, through the legality of the procedure it established its dominant position .
