摘要
目的基于锂陶瓷(煎)炒锅材料学特征和模拟实际操作使用场景,提出用于炉具、灶具或加热烤架上的锂陶瓷炒锅、煎锅产品的质量评价实验方法和安全使用性能要求。方法质量评价内容包括技术要求、实验方法、检验觃则和标志、包装、运输、贮存与说明。采用无损超声波法测试陶瓷锅体的厚度,采用莫式硬度法测试陶瓷锅体的釉面硬度以及通过观察陶瓷锅加热模拟物时锅体的变化以判断抗干烧性能。结果釉面硬度HM达到5级以上,600℃至20℃热交换1次锅体不裂,干烧10 min后无炸裂、变形或釉层起皮、起泡、开裂等,符合安全使用性能要求。结论本研究建立的方法可用于锂陶瓷(煎)炒锅产品质量评价。
Objective Based on the material characteristics of lithium ceramic wok and frying pan and the simulation of the actual operation and use of the scene,to propose the quality evaluation test method and safety performance requirement of lithium ceramic wok and frying pan used in stoves,stoves or heating grills.Methods The content of quality evaluation included technical requirements,experimental methods,inspection rules and marks,packaging,transportation,storage and description.The thickness of ceramic pot was measured by non-destructive ultrasonic method.The glaze hardness of the ceramic pot was tested by means of mocha hardness method,and the dry burning resistance was determined by observing the change s of the ceramic pot when it was heated.Results Glaze hardness HM reached above grade 5,600 ℃ and 20 ℃ heat exchanged 1 time,and pot body didn't crack.After 10 minutes of dry burning,there was no crack,deformation or glaze peeling,bubbling,cracking,etc.Conclusion The method established in this study can be used to evaluate the quality of lithium ceramic wok and frying pan.
