伴发咬合异常的全身发育性疾病及其口腔序列治疗策略

Systemic developmental diseases complicated with occlusal abnormalities and its oral sequential treatment strategies

儿童处于生长发育时期,正常咬合关系的建立对颌面部的发育起着重要作用。一些全身发育性疾病除了有全身症状外,还会在口腔颌面部出现表征,牙齿、牙列以及颌骨的异常表现均会造成各种咬合问题。文章总结了一些伴有口腔咬合异常的全身发育性疾病,希望对口腔临床医生的工作有所帮助。

During the period of growth and development in children,the normal occlusion plays an important role in the development of children＇s oral maxillofacial region. Nevertheless,some systemic developmental diseases will result in abnormalities in teeth,dentition,mandible and maxilla,which may lead to different kinds of occlusal problems. In this paper,we summarize several systemic developmental diseases complicated with occlusal abnormalities and hope that it will be helpful for dentists in clinical work.
