2型糖尿病并发血管病变患者血清中sCD36和hs—CRP相关性分析

The correlation of sCD36 and hs - CRP in serum of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的：血管病变是2型糖尿病（T2DM）常见并发症之一，通过检测患者血清sCD36和超敏c反应蛋白（hs—CRP），来探讨T2DM并发血管病变患者血清sCD36和hs—CRP的相关性。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA法）测定sCD36；采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定hs-CRP。结果：单纯T2DM组sCD36及hs-CRP水平分别是（2．15±0．65）ng／L和（3．45±1．52）mg／L，T2DM并发心血管病变患者组分别是（3．35±0．35）ng／L和（5．02±2．15）mg／L，健康对照组分别是（1．41±0．31）ng／L和（1．31±0．89）mg／L。以上结果显示T2DM并发血管病变组sCD36及hs—CRP水平高于单纯T2DM组，并且明显高于健康对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），且sCD36及hs—CRP水平呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论：T2DM并发心血管病变原因与患者血清sCD36和hsCRP的水平密切相关。动态测定这两项指标，对于早期预测T2DM血管并发症的发生，改善胰岛素抵抗，积极干预血管炎症过程，对发生T2DM并发血管疾病控制和治疗有积极意义。

Objective： Vascular lesions is one of the cormnon complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Testing the level of serum sCD36 and hypersensitive c-reactive protein （hs-CRP） is help to explore the relationship between the serum sCD36 and hs - correlation of CRP for patients with T2DM disease and Vascular lesions. Methods： s CD36 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The hs-crp was determined by using latex enhanced inmaunoturbidity method. Results： The level ofsCD36 and hs-CRP for pure T2MD group is 2.15 ±0.65 ng/L and （3.45±1.52） mg/L. However, patients with T2DM complicated with cardiovascular disease, showed （3.35±0.35） ng/L and （5.02±2.15） mg/L respectively. Healthy controls were （1.41 ± 031） ng/L and （1.31± 0.89） mg/l. The results showed that sCD36 and hs - and CRP levels were higher for patients with T2DM and vascular lesions than the pure T2DM group and healthy controls. The difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01） . The level of sCD36 and hs - CRP were positively correlated （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： T2DM complicated with cardiovascular disease is closely related to the serum sCD36 and hsCRP level. Dynamic monitoring these two indicators is help to early predict T2DM vascular complications, improve the insulin resistance and actively intervene in vascular inflammation process. As a result, it has a positive meaning for control and treatment of T2DM complicated with vascular lesions disease.
