中医辨证施护在中风病急性期康复中的应用分析

The Application of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in Rehabilitation of Acute Stroke

目的:探讨中医辨证施护在中风急性期康复中的应用效果。方法:将80例中风病急性期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理和基础治疗,观察组则在常规治疗护理基础上运用中医辨证施护,比较两组康复效果。结果果:观察组中医证候评分、NIHSS评分、BI评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护在中风病急性期康复中的应用能有效改善患者症状,改善神经功能缺损,提高患者的日常生活能力,值得推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in rehabilitation of acute stroke. Methods： 80 cases of acute stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）, the control group accepted conventional nursing and basis treatment, while observation group combined with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of conventional interventions,compared the rehabilitation effect of the two groups. Results： The improvement of TCM syndrome score, NIHSS and BI scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： The application of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in rehabilitation of acute stroke can effectively relieve the symptoms and neurologic impairment of patients and improve their quality of life, which deserves promotion and application.
