摘要
目的:探讨针刺结合耳尖放血治疗肝阳上亢型颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月~2018年4月本院肝阳上亢型颈源性眩晕患者80例,随机分成对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组只做针刺治疗,治疗组使用针刺配合耳尖放血治疗。针刺保留时间30min,每周5次,疗程3周。两组患者治疗前及结束后进行"颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表"评分及疗效评价。结果:治疗后,两组颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺、针刺结合耳尖放血均能改善肝阳上亢型颈源性眩晕患者症状和功能,针刺结合耳尖放血治疗疗效更佳。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combination with ear apex bloodletting in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods: From May 2016 to April 2018, 80 patients with cervical vertigo with liver yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n=40) and treatment group(n=40). The control group only do acupuncture treatment, the experimental group treated by acupuncture combination with ear apex bloodletting. Needling retention lasted for 30 min, 5 times a week, and the treatment course covered 3 weeks. Before and after treatment, the scores of " cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale " were scored and the curative effect was evaluated. Results:After treatment, the scores of cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P〈0.05), and the scores of cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation scale in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture, acupuncture combined with ear apex bloodletting can improve the symptoms and functions of patients with cervical vertigo with liver yang hyperactivity, and acupuncture combined with ear apex bloodletting is more effective.
