摘要
目的:通过观察脊髓损伤患者交感神经皮肤反应(SSRs)的变化,研究脊髓损伤对患者自主神经功能的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年8月在本院就诊的40例不完全性脊髓损伤患者为病例组,其中包括颈髓损伤19例,胸髓损伤7例,腰髓损伤14例;选取同期住院陪人30例为对照组,对比观察两组交感神经皮肤反应。结果:病例组SSRs总异常率远高于对照组(P<0.05);病例组SSRs波幅低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脊髓损伤患者自主神经功能会发生变化,高位脊髓损伤较低位脊髓损伤等易影响自主神经。
Objective: To study the effect of spinal cord injury on autonomic nerve function by observing the changes of sympathetic skin response(SSRs) in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods: from January 2016 to August 2017, 40 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury, including 19 cases of cervical spinal cord injury,7 cases of thoracic spinal cord injury and 14 cases of lumbar spinal cord injury, were selected as the case group,30 patients in the same period were selected as the control group. The sympathetic skin reaction was observed in two groups. Results: the total abnormal rate of SSRs in the case group was much higher than that in the control group(P0.05), and the amplitude of SSRs wave in the case group was lower than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: Autonomic nerve function will change in patients with spinal cord injury, and high spinal cord injury is more likely to affect autonomic nerve than low spinal cord injury.
