摘要 随着新能源技术的飞速发展,为电网的调峰、调谷、调频等技术带来了新的挑战。提出了基于柔性负荷的调度控制系统开发,对现代电力系统中包含的柔性负荷进行了分析,构建了柔性负荷调度控制系统的架构和逻辑架构进行了设计,规定了系统包含的功能。采用混沌算式和二次寻优方法改进了传统的粒子群算法,并将此算法应用于柔性负荷的预测,经过仿真实验,验证了改进的PSO比传统的PSO预测精度和处理复杂数据的能力有了很大提升。开发了柔性负荷调度控制系统,并将此系统在浙江省某电力公司进行系统测试,测试结果验证了本系统的适用性及可靠性。 With the rapid development of new energy technology,it brings new challenges to the technology of regulating peak,valley,and frequency modulation and so on.It puts forward the development of scheduling control system based on flexible load.Then it analyzes the flexible load contained in the modern power system and constructs the architecture and logical architecture of the flexible load dispatching control system,which stipulates the function of the system.The traditional particle swarm algorithm is improved by using chaotic arithmetic and quadratic optimization,and the algorithm is applied to the prediction of flexible load.Through the simulation experiment,the improved PSO(particle swarm optimization)has improved the accuracy of PSO and the ability to deal with complex data.The flexible load dispatching control system was developed and the system was tested by apower company in Zhejiang province.The results verified the applicability and reliability of the system.
