Gantry cranes are important equipment in ports and loading ships.According to their actual working conditions and past monitoring history,major safety accidents are prone to happen.Therefore,it is particularly important to monitor the cranes real time.Taking gantry crane as monitoring object,and monitoring the stress data,angle data and attitude data of gantry cranes,establish crane health management system based on 4 Gnetwork.The system realizes the wireless real-time monitoring of the gantry crane,and can evaluate the health of the crane to give the suggestion of maintenance.The composition and working principle of the system software,hardware and communication are introduced in detail.It has important reference significance for condition monitoring of gantry crane.
