摘要
本文论述日本交通运输在管理体制、产业组织结构、科技、人力资本、商业模式和业态上的综合创新,并根据产业供给增长的共协理论和计量经济学方法,建构交通运输供给增长因素分析模型,分析日本的这些改革和创新对交通运输业转型升级的促进作用,以此为中国交通运输业的供给侧结构性改革和转型升级提供启示和借鉴,提出中国交通运输供给侧结构性改革中的五个转变。
This paper discussed the comprehensive innovation of Japanese transportation in management system, industrial organization structure, science and technology, human capital, business model and industry. According to the agreement of the industry supply growth theory and econometrics method, constructed a model of transportation supply growth factor analysis, and analyzed the effect of these reforms and innovations on the transformation and upgrading of the transportation industry. At last, the paper provides inspirationand reference for the structural reform and transformation and upgrading of the supply side of transportation industry in China, and put forward five transitions in the structural reform of China＇s transportation and supply side.
