摘要
本文对冷触媒抗菌、除异味的原理以及在冰箱中的应用效果进了研究。结果表明在冰箱冷藏室中安装冷触媒抗菌除臭块能够有效去除异味,对三甲胺的去除率为92%,对甲硫醇的去除率为90.48%;对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到99.99%以上,这一结果为我司进一步开发冰箱抗菌、除异味保鲜技术提供了理论依据。
The effect cold catalyst on deodorization and bacterial eliminating were investigated. Results showed that deodorization rate of methyl sulfhydryl was 92%, deodorization rate of methanethiol was 90.48%, the antibacterial ratio of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were above 99.99%. Conclusions above provide theoretical proof for further investment of new fresh-keeping freezing technology.
