命运共同体视域下的中国—东盟侨务和宗教公共外交——以东南亚华人基督宗教社团为中心的考察

China-ASEAN Public Diplomacy in Overseas Chinese Affairs and Religion from the Perspective of a Community of Shared Destiny——A Survey of the Chinese Christian Communities in Southeast Asia

伴随着"一带一路"倡议在沿线国家和区域的实施,宗教信众和海外华人领域的公共外交日益成为我国拓展利益、塑造形象和增进话语权的重要方式,东南亚华人基督宗教社团便为我们研究中国—东盟命运共同体构建问题提供了一个典型案例。我国应将华人基督宗教社团视为当前周边命运共同体构建进程中的特殊资源,将侨务公共外交和宗教公共外交进行有机整合,以期夯实中国—东盟关系可持续发展的社会和民意基础。

With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative in involved countries and regions,the public diplomacy in the fields of religious believers and the overseas Chinese has increasingly become an important way for China to develop her interests,shape her images,and enhance her say.The Chinese Christian communities in Southeast Asia provide a typical case for us to study the issue of building a ChinaASEAN community of shared destiny.China should regard Chinese Christian communities as a special resource in the current process of building a community of shared destiny on the periphery,and organically integrate the public diplomacy in overseas Chinese affairs and religious public diplomacy to consolidate the foundation of society and public willingness for the sustainable development of China-ASEAN relations.
