An Analysis of China's Energy Diplomacy under the Guidance of the Idea of “a Community of Shared Future for Mankind”

能源外交是当代中国外交的重要组成部分,旨在推进能源领域的国际合作、有效利用国际资源。近年来,在人类命运共同体思想的指引下,能源外交追求一系列更高层面、更广领域的目标,包括追求全球能源的共同安全,打造能源安全共同体;追求互利共赢的能源合作,打造能源利益共同体;追求平等有效的多边参与,打造能源治理共同体;追求绿色低碳的发展方向,打造清洁美丽的生态共同体。

With the aim of promoting international cooperation in the energy field and making effective use of international resources,energy diplomacy is an important component of contemporary China's diplomacy.In recent years,under the guidance of the idea of"a community of shared future for mankind",China's energy diplomacy is pursuing a series of goals at a higher level and in a broader,including pursuing the common security of global energy and creating a community of energy security;pursuing mutual benefit and win-win energy cooperation and creating a community of energy interests;pursuing equal and effective multilateral participation and creating a community of energy governance;and pursuing a direction of development that is green and low-carbon and creating a clean and beautiful ecological community.
