延续性自我管理教育对广泛性焦虑症患者服药依从性的影响

Effect of Continuing Self-management Education on Medication Compliance of Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

目的：探讨延续性自我管理教育对广泛性焦虑症患者服药依从性的影响。方法：选择2016年1-10月间于我院诊治的80例广泛性焦虑症患者,依据患者住院单双号分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规教育,观察组给予延续性自我管理教育。对两组患者的服药依从性、自我效能评分、疾病知识水平以及复发率进行比较。结果：观察组患者的服药依从性明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2=7.054,P〈0.05）。干预后,观察组患者的疾病知识水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=6.083,P〈0.05）。观察组患者的自我效能评分明显高于对照组（t=9.681,P〈0.05）,复发率明显低于对照组（χ~2=5.613,P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论：延续性自我管理教育能够有效提高广泛性焦虑症患者疾病知识水平,提高患者的自我效能,进而提高服药依从性,降低复发率。

Objective：To discuss the effect of continuing self-management education on medication compliance of patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Methods：A total of 80 patients with generalized anxiety disorder from Jan 2016 to Oct 2016 in our hospital were divided into observation group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases）by the admission number.The control group received routine health education and the observation group received continuing self-management education.The medication compliance,self-efficacy scores,disease knowledge level and recurrence rate were compared in the two groups.Results：The medication compliance in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（χ~2=7.054,P〈0.05）.After intervention,the disease knowledge level and self-efficacy scores in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group（t=6.083,9.681;P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（χ~2=5.613,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The continuing self-management education can significantly improve disease knowledge level,medication compliance and self-efficacy,and reduce the recurrence rate for patients with generalized anxiety disorder.
