慢性精神分裂症患者康复期认知功能与心理痛苦的关系

Relationship Between Cognitive Function and Psychological Pain during Convalescence in Chronic Schizophrenia Patients

目的：探讨慢性精神分裂症患者康复期认知功能与心理痛苦的关系。方法：选取89例康复期慢性精神分裂症患者为观察组,并选取同期入院体检的89例健康者为对照组,采用功能失调性状况评定量表（DAS）和心理痛苦温度计（DT）、心理痛苦问题量表（PL）进行调查,观察比较两组患者DAS评分、DT评分、PL及各维度评分,并采用Pearson相关分析认知功能障碍与心理痛苦之间的关系。结果：观察组患者在脆弱性、吸引和排斥、完美化、强制性、寻求赞许、依赖性、自主性态度、认知哲学和DAS总分均显著高于对照组（t=4.222,4.684,5.204,4.666,3.220,5.479,5.470,5.545,12.970;P〈0.001）,观察组患者在社会实际问题、家庭问题、情感问题、躯体问题、PL总分和DT总分显著高于对照组（t=9.960,9.862,8.356,11.073,14.398,27.689;P〈0.001）。经Pearson相关分析显示,DAS评分与DT评分及PL评分呈显著正相关（r=0.456,0.418;P〈0.001）。结论：康复期慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍与心理痛苦呈显著正相关,患者认知障碍越严重,患者心理痛苦程度越高。

Objective：To explore the relationship between cognitive function and psychological pain during convalescence in chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods：A total of 89 cases of patients with chronic schizophrenia were selected as the observation group,and other 89 healthy examiners at the same time were selected as the control group,and they were investigated through the dysfunctional attitude scale（DAS） and the psychological distress thermometer（DT）and the psychological pain problem rating scale（PL）.The DAS score,the DT score,the PL and all dimensions scores were compared between the two groups,and the Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between cognitive dysfunction and psychological pain.Results：The vulnerability,attraction and rejection,perfection,coerciveness,seeking approval,dependence,autonomy attitude,cognitive philosophy and DAS total scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（t=4.222,4.684,5.204,4.666,3.220,5.479,5.570,5.545,12.970;P〈0.001）.And the social problems,family problems,emotional problems and physical problems,PL total scores and the DT total scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（t=9.960,9.862,8.356,11.073,14.398 and 27.689;P〈0.001）.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the DAS score was positively correlated with the DT score and PL score（r=0.456,0.418;P〈0.001）.Conclusion：There is a significantly positive correlation between cognitive dysfunction and psychological pain during convalescence in chronic schizophrenia patients.The more serious the cognitive dysfunction,the higher the psychological pain is.
