摘要
聚[2-(甲基丙烯酰基氧基)乙基]二甲基-(3-磺酸丙基)铵(PDMAPS)和聚[3-(甲基乙烯酰胺)丙基]二甲基-(3-磺酸丙基)铵(PDMMPPS)等常见的甜菜碱型两性离子聚合物都含有酯键或酰胺键,而这些酯键或酰胺键的水解会使聚合物失去两性离子基团,从而使其失去两性离子聚合物的功能性。研究了PDMAPS和PDMMPPS的水解性能,发现水介质的p H、温度等条件对聚合物的水解有非常大的影响。同时,抗菌实验表明,随着聚合物的水解,其抗菌性能降低。
There are ester bond and amido bond in betaine zwitterionic polymers, including poly [2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]dimethyl -(3 -sulfopropyl)ammonium (PDMAPS) and poly [3 -(methacrylamido)propyl]dimethyl -(3 -sulfopropyl)ammonium (PDMMPPS), and such kinds of ester bond and amido bond tend to be hydrolyzed, so that the zwitterionicpolymers lose their functionality due to loss of zwitterionic groups. The hydrolysis of PDMAPS and PDMMPPS wasresearched in this paper. It was found that pH and temperature were the critical factors in the hydrolysis. It was also foundthat the hydrolysis of zwitterionic polymers obviously weakened their antibacterial property.
