摘要 研究了中空纤维纳滤膜的长期稳定性,以及操作压力、进料液浓度对膜分离性能的影响。结果表明:中空纤维纳滤膜在长时间运行过程中分离性能稳定;随着操作压力的上升,膜的纯水通量增加,截留率提高;随着进料液浓度的增加,膜的渗透通量基本不变,截留率下降。 Long time stability and the effects of operation parameters such as operation pressure and feedconcentration on membrane performance were investigated with the hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes. The resultsshowed that the nanofiltration membrane had good stability in long time operation. When the operating pressure increased,the water flux increased significantly while the rejection rate of inorganic salt Na2SO4 increased. When the feedconcentration increased, the permeation flux basically unchanged, and the rejection rate decreased somewhat.
