摘要
EtherCAT是目前主流的智能数控机床采用的总线技术,数控系统利用该技术建立了与操作面板、IO单元和伺服驱动器之间的高速实时数据交换通信。提出了一种基于EtherCAT总线的数控机床加工状态监测从站设计方法,能采集外部传感器信号与机床工作任务数据,从中提取出加工状态特征量并反馈给数控系统。应用该从站在华中8型数控系统上完成了一个加工过程振动信号监测的实验,协助数控系统对异常状况进行诊断,证明了其可行性。
EtherCAT is a mainstream fieldbus used in intelligent CNC machine tools. It builds up the high speedand real time data exchange between CNC system and the units of MCP,IO,servo driver. This paper presentsadesign method of EtherCAT slave station,which can acquire external sensing signal and work tasks of CNC machine tools,to extract the feature of machining state and feed it back to CNC system. Utilizing such slave station,we monitor the vibration signal during the work process of a CNC machine tool based on HNC-8 system. The slavestation helps the NC system to diagnose abnormal status and the experiment demonstrates the feasibility of this design method.
