基于ANSYS的煤矿用叉车伸缩臂模态分析与优化

摘要 采用Pro/E软件构建煤矿用叉车伸缩臂三维模型,应用ANSYS有限元计算软件的模态分析模块对叉车伸缩臂在全伸工况下进行了分析,获得了全伸工况下0~300 Hz以内伸缩臂的各阶模态参数,确定了该模型的前几阶固有频率及振型,并对各阶模态振型进行分析和拓扑优化设计,为整机结构性能分析及优化设计提供参考与依据,对提高作业性能和装卸效率、运输方式将有一定意义。 The3 d model of telescopic boom forklift used in Colliery be designed by Pro/E software. The modelanalysis module of the ANSYS finite element calculation software is used to analyze the telescopic boom of theforklift in the full extension condition. The each order modal parameters of telescopic boom in the full stretchconditions within 0 ~ 300 Hz have been obtained. The previous order natural frequency and vibration of the modelhave been determined. The each order modal vibration mode have been analyzed and topology optimally designed.The reference and foundation have been provided for structure performance analysis and optimization of the wholemachine to improve the operation performance and efficiency of loading and unloading transportation mode will bea certain significance.
