摘要
通过对上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司某生产基地车身D线下车体自动焊在生产中的故障现象、故障频次进行分析;通过对自动焊的动力部分与实际运行负载进行匹配性验证,确定电机选型不合理;通过对网络传输环境进行分析与借鉴,优化网络布局,实现外围信号稳定传输,同时深度分析AB伺服安装手册,梳理现场不合理的安装方式,解决伺服自身网络传输问题,整改后连续运行6个月故障不再发生,生产节拍满足需求,自动焊伺服系统稳定性与速度得到提升。
Abstact:In this paper,the fault phenomena and failure frequency of auto welding of automobile body D offline ina production base of SGMW are analyzed. Through to drive part and the actual operation of the automatic weldingload matching validation,motor selection is not reasonable, through the analysis of the network environment andreference,to optimize the network layout.Trealize the stable peripheral signal transmission,at the same time,in-depth analysis of AB servo installation manual,combing the unreasonable installation,solve the problem of network transmission servo itself,the rectification run six consecutive months after the fault will not happen,production rhythm meet demand.Key words:automatic welding;beat;network;type selection
