摘要
研究了在不同地面条件下汽车起重机的稳定性。基于ADAMS分析了QY25K-1型号的汽车起重机,通过汽车起重机加载后支腿的振动曲线与现实相吻合,证明模型的有效性。然后进行模拟,分析了汽车起重机在不同地面条件下的稳定性,得出在较软地面上的汽车起重机的性能参数,并提出了每种地面条件的建模方式以及起升能力的测试方法以确保安全。
This article focuses on the stability of truck cranes under different ground conditions. Based onADAMS,the QY25K-1 model of truck crane was analyzed. The vibration curve of the outrigger loaded by thetruck crane coincided with the reality,which proves the validity of the model. Then,a series of simulations werecarried out, to analysis the stability of truck crane under different ground conditions. The performance parametersof truck crane on soft ground were obtained. The modeling method of each ground condition and the test method oflifting capacity were posed to ensure safety.
